The prediction market for 'Over 11.5 Total Corners' in the Norway vs. France FIFA World Cup match has a low probability (22.50%), indicating skepticism about a high-corner game. The outcome hinges on match dynamics, team styles, and referee tendencies.
France's attacking style and Norway's defensive solidity could lead to frequent set pieces and counterattacks, increasing corner counts. High-pressing teams often force corners from turnovers. Historical data shows France averages 5.8 corners per game, while Norway averages 4.2, suggesting a potential Over outcome.
Both teams may prioritize defensive structure, reducing high-risk plays that generate corners. Low-scoring games or tactical fouls leading to free kicks (not corners) could suppress the total. Referee strictness in awarding corners may also limit the count.
