If the match is canceled before play begins or delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a result, this market will also resolve 50-50. Resolution will be based on official ITF statistics.
Crowd-implied vs ORYN AI fair value over time, with decision markers
The prediction market for the Vanshelboim vs. Schell tennis match Over/Under 22.5 games is evenly split at 50.00%, indicating no clear consensus on the match's total games. The market's neutrality reflects uncertainty due to limited historical data on both players' styles and head-to-head matchups.
A high-total match (Over 22.5) is plausible if both players are aggressive baseliners or serve-and-volley specialists, leading to frequent long rallies and tiebreaks. Schell's potential serve dominance or Vanshelboim's endurance in 3-set matches could push the total games higher.
An Under 22.5 outcome is possible if either player is a dominant server or employs a defensive, counterpunching style that results in shorter points and fewer games. A quick straight-sets victory or a match dominated by break points could skew the total lower.
