The prediction market indicates a low probability (2.60%) that Singapore's highest temperature on June 29, 2026, will reach 34°C or higher, based on historical climatological trends and typical weather patterns for the region.
A bullish scenario could materialize if an anomalous heatwave or prolonged dry spell occurs in late June 2026, driven by strong El Niño conditions or persistent high-pressure systems over Southeast Asia, pushing temperatures above historical averages.
A bearish outcome is more likely given Singapore's equatorial climate, where temperatures rarely exceed 34°C in June due to consistent humidity and cloud cover. Historical data from the past decade shows a maximum June temperature of 33.8°C, suggesting the market's low probability is justified.
