The market has a 0.05% probability of Seoul's highest temperature on June 27, 2026, being 21°C or below, indicating extremely low confidence in this outcome. Historical data and climatological trends suggest this is highly unlikely.
Unseasonably cool weather patterns, such as a strong cold front or persistent cloud cover, could suppress temperatures below 21°C. A rare meteorological anomaly, like a polar vortex intrusion or prolonged rainfall, might also contribute to cooler conditions.
Standard late-June climatology for Seoul typically features highs around 26-29°C, with extreme heatwaves occasionally pushing temperatures above 30°C. The likelihood of temperatures staying at or below 21°C is minimal given seasonal norms and global warming trends.
