The market overwhelmingly predicts Beijing will exceed 35°C on June 27, 2026, with a 99.4% probability. Historical climate data and seasonal trends strongly favor this outcome.
Beijing's June climate typically includes frequent heatwaves, with historical highs often exceeding 35°C. Early summer heatwaves in 2023-2025 suggest persistent high temperatures, and climate change trends indicate increasing likelihood of extreme heat.
Unseasonal weather patterns, such as unusual cold fronts or persistent cloud cover, could suppress temperatures below 35°C. Data revisions or measurement errors at the airport station might also marginally adjust the recorded high.
