The prediction market for New Zealand vs. Belgium O/U 9.5 Total Corners shows a slight bullish bias at 56.50%, suggesting a moderate expectation of high corner count in the upcoming FIFA World Cup match. The market reflects historical trends favoring Belgium's attacking style but accounts for New Zealand's defensive vulnerabilities.
Belgium's possession-heavy, attacking playstyle historically generates high corner counts, averaging 10+ corners per game in recent tournaments. New Zealand's defensive frailties, particularly against top-tier opponents, may lead to frequent set-pieces and counterattacks, pushing total corners over 9.5.
New Zealand's strong defensive record in recent matches (e.g., conceding few corners against higher-ranked teams) could limit Belgium's attacking opportunities. Tactical discipline from both sides may result in fewer stoppages and set-pieces, keeping total corners under 9.5.
