In the upcoming FIFA World Cup game between Germany and Paraguay, scheduled for June 29 at 4:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Paraguay takes 3 or more corners within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. If Paraguay takes fewer than 3 corners within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, this market will resolve to "Under". This market is based solely on corners taken by Paraguay, not the combined number of corners taken by both teams. Markets on number of corners refer to corners taken, not corners awarded. Corners awarded but not taken will not count. Corners awarded during extra time or penalty shootouts do not count. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 24 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Crowd-implied vs ORYN AI fair value over time, with decision markers
The prediction market for Paraguay O/U 2.5 corners against Germany in the FIFA World Cup is evenly split at 50%, indicating no clear consensus on whether Paraguay will exceed 2.5 corners in the match. The neutrality reflects balanced expectations based on limited historical data for this specific matchup.
Paraguay may exceed 2.5 corners due to their aggressive attacking style in recent matches, where they averaged 5.2 corners per game in their last 5 fixtures. Germany's defensive vulnerabilities, particularly against high-pressing teams, could force them into conceding corners, especially if Paraguay dominates possession in the first half.
Germany's disciplined defensive structure and strong aerial presence reduce the likelihood of Paraguay creating high-quality crossing opportunities, potentially limiting them to fewer than 3 corners. Paraguay's recent form shows inconsistency, with only 1 corner per game in their last 3 matches against top-tier opponents.
