In the upcoming FIFA World Cup game between Egypt and IR Iran, scheduled for June 26 at 11:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to the team that takes the first corner in the game within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time. If no corner is taken within that timeframe, this market will resolve 50-50. Markets on number of corners refer to corners taken, not corners awarded. Corners awarded but not taken will not count. Corners awarded during extra time or penalty shootouts do not count. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 24 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

The prediction market for Egypt vs. IR Iran's first corner in their FIFA World Cup match shows a near-even split, with a slight edge to IR Iran at 48%. The outcome hinges on early game dynamics, as no corner in 90+ minutes triggers a 50-50 resolution.
IR Iran is favored due to their stronger historical corner statistics and more aggressive playing style in recent matches, which increases the likelihood of winning the first corner. Their midfield dominance and set-piece efficiency could also play a role in securing early corners.
Egypt's defensive structure and counter-attacking approach may reduce early corner opportunities for either team, leading to a 50-50 resolution if no corner is taken within 90 minutes. Their recent form suggests a more cautious start, potentially delaying corner wins.
