Crowd-implied vs ORYN AI fair value over time, with decision markers
The prediction market for Mayot vs. Nedic Set 1 Games Over/Under 8.5 is evenly split at 50%, indicating high uncertainty due to limited public data on both players' recent form. The resolution hinges on the first set's total games, with tiebreakers counting as one game each.
Mayot, the higher-ranked player (ATP #150), may dominate with aggressive baseline play, leading to a high-scoring first set exceeding 8.5 games. Nedic, ranked #280, could struggle to contain Mayot's power, resulting in frequent breaks and extended rallies.
Nedic's defensive style and strong return game could force Mayot into unforced errors, suppressing the total games below 8.5. Alternatively, a slow start or tactical adjustments by either player might limit set duration.
