The prediction market for Matheus Cunha achieving 2+ combined goals and assists in Brazil vs. Japan (June 29, 1:00 PM ET) is evenly split at 50%, reflecting high uncertainty due to his inconsistent recent form and Japan's defensive resilience.
Cunha could deliver 2+ goals/assists if Brazil's attack is unlocked early, leveraging his pace and creativity against a potentially fatigued or overcommitted Japanese defense. His partnership with Vinícius Jr. or Rodrygo may create high-value chances, especially if Japan prioritizes midfield control.
Cunha's recent club form (0 goals/assists in last 5 games) and Japan's disciplined defensive structure (avg. 0.8 goals conceded in last 3 WC games) reduce his likelihood of impact. Brazil's depth may limit his playing time or role in the first half.
