The prediction market for Marko Arnautovic recording 2+ shots in the Algeria vs. Austria FIFA World Cup match has an even probability (50%), reflecting balanced expectations. The outcome hinges on Arnautovic's role, shooting accuracy, and Austria's offensive strategy.
Arnautovic, a proven goal scorer with physical presence, could leverage Austria's attacking style to generate multiple shots on target, especially if the team dominates possession or creates early chances. His history in high-pressure matches (e.g., Euro 2020) supports a bullish outlook.
Austria's recent form may prioritize midfield control over direct shooting, while Arnautovic's fitness or tactical role could limit his shot opportunities. Algeria's defensive resilience (e.g., conceding only 1 goal in group stage) further reduces the likelihood of multiple shots.
