All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Key risk: Player injury or early substitution during the match, limiting Schmid's playing time and opportunities.

This market assesses the probability of Romano Schmid scoring two or more goals in the upcoming FIFA World Cup match between Algeria and Austria. The current market probability stands at 50%, indicating a high degree of uncertainty with an equal likelihood assigned to Schmid achieving this significant goal-scoring feat or not. This suggests that market participants are split on the potential for a standout performance from the player.
The 'Yes' outcome would likely materialize if Romano Schmid is in exceptional form, plays a highly advanced attacking role, and is a primary target for Austria's offensive plays. A scenario where Austria dominates the game, creating numerous high-quality scoring chances against a potentially weaker Algerian defense, would significantly increase Schmid's opportunities. Furthermore, if he is the designated penalty taker or demonstrates a history of multi-goal games, this could bolster the bull case.
The 'No' outcome is the more common scenario for individual player goal tallies in a single match, as scoring two or more goals is a rare achievement. Schmid might not be the primary goal-scorer for Austria, could be deployed in a more defensive or midfield role, or face a robust Algerian defense limiting his chances. Poor team performance, early substitution due to tactical reasons or injury, or simply an 'off day' for Schmid would also lead to him scoring fewer than two goals.
