To know when a postponed game will be played, please check the home team's schedule on MLB.com for the listed team and look for the game described as a makeup game. The primary resolution source for this market is the official final statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 24 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.
Crowd-implied vs ORYN AI fair value over time, with decision markers
The prediction market for the Philadelphia Phillies vs. New York Mets game run total (Over/Under 11.5 runs) is evenly split at 50%, indicating no clear consensus on the combined score. The market's neutrality reflects balanced expectations between offensive potential and pitching dominance.
A bullish outcome would require both teams to leverage strong offensive lineups against vulnerable pitching staffs, with potential for high-scoring innings if key hitters perform. Weather conditions, home field advantage (Mets at Citi Field), or bullpen mismatches could also inflate the total.
A bearish outcome would likely stem from dominant starting pitching, defensive efficiency, or weather-related constraints (e.g., wind, rain delays reducing offensive opportunities). Both teams have mid-tier offensive records, and a pitcher's duel could suppress the total below 11.5 runs.
