The market for the Philadelphia Phillies vs. New York Mets game O/U 3.5 runs is evenly balanced, with no clear bias toward Over or Under. The neutral probability reflects the uncertainty in predicting combined runs in a single MLB game.
The Phillies and Mets have high-scoring lineups, with both teams averaging over 4.5 runs per game this season. The Mets' home ballpark (Citi Field) has historically favored higher-scoring games, and the Phillies' offense has been performing well against left-handed pitchers.
Both teams have strong pitching staffs, with the Phillies' rotation and bullpen ranked among the best in MLB. Weather conditions (e.g., wind direction at Citi Field) may suppress offensive production, and recent trends show both teams scoring below their season averages.
