The market for Neymar Jr scoring 1+ goals in Brazil vs. Japan at the FIFA World Cup (June 29) is evenly balanced, reflecting uncertainty in his form and Japan's defensive strength. Historical performance and recent form suggest moderate risk, but tactical adjustments and match dynamics could sway the outcome.
Neymar Jr has a strong track record in high-stakes matches, with 73 goals in 128 caps for Brazil. Japan's defensive vulnerabilities, particularly in transitions, and Brazil's attacking depth (e.g., Vinícius Jr, Rodrygo) could create opportunities for Neymar to score, especially if deployed centrally.
Neymar has struggled with injuries and consistency in recent tournaments, averaging 0.56 goals per game in the last 12 months. Japan's disciplined defensive structure (e.g., Ito Hiroki, Minamino Takumi) and Brazil's tactical flexibility (e.g., using wingers) may limit his goal-scoring chances, reducing his likelihood of scoring.
