The prediction market for 'Both Teams to Score in First Half' between Argentina and Cabo Verde has a low probability of 13.50%, indicating skepticism about either team scoring within the first 45 minutes. Argentina's strong attacking lineup faces a Cabo Verde side with limited offensive capabilities, reducing the likelihood of a goalscoring first half.
Argentina’s formidable attack, led by players like Messi and Julián Álvarez, could overwhelm Cabo Verde’s defense early in the match, creating multiple scoring opportunities. Cabo Verde’s occasional counterattacks or set-piece threats (e.g., from Pina or Benchimol) might also breach Argentina’s defense, especially if Argentina’s full-backs push high.
Argentina’s defense, despite recent improvements, may remain cautious against Cabo Verde’s physicality, prioritizing possession over early pressure. Cabo Verde’s lack of a proven striker and reliance on defensive organization could stifle both teams, resulting in a scoreless first half.
