The market for the winner of the first set between Dayana Yastremska and Aoi Ito is perfectly balanced at 50%, reflecting equal uncertainty in the outcome. No clear favorite emerges from current data or recent form.
Yastremska's aggressive baseline game and higher career ranking (ITF #1 in 2023) could give her an edge in a first-set decider, especially on grass where her power serves may dominate. Ito, while rising, has fewer high-pressure set wins against top-50 opponents.
Ito's consistent performance in 2024-25 WTA Challenger events and her left-handed serve (a tactical advantage on grass) may neutralize Yastremska's power. Yastremska's recent injury history (2025 wrist issue) could resurface under Wimbledon pressure.
