The prediction market for the Wimbledon ATP match between Jesper de Jong and Rinky Hijikata is evenly split, reflecting equal probability for either player winning the first set. The market's neutrality stems from limited head-to-head data and balanced current form.
Jesper de Jong has a strong clay court record and could leverage his baseline game to dominate the first set, especially if Hijikata struggles with serve consistency or adapts poorly to grass courts. De Jong’s recent ATP Challenger Tour performances suggest rising momentum.
Rinky Hijikata, a grass court specialist with powerful serve-and-volley play, may outperform de Jong in the first set, particularly if he dictates points early. Hijikata’s experience in high-pressure ATP matches could tilt the odds in his favor.
